Exhibition Opportunities

The Exhibition Hall will serve as the vibrant hub of delegate activity throughout the congress as it is designed to foster continuous interaction between delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors. 

To encourage meaningful engagement, complimentary lunches, tea, and coffee breaks will be hosted into the exhibition area. This ensures regular delegate flow and maximises visibility and connection for exhibitors during key networking times. 

Scientific poster sessions will also be co-located within the exhibition zone, creating a dynamic environment where research, innovation, and industry converge. 

Delegates increasingly seek out opportunities to speak directly with exhibitors — whether to explore new technologies, ask questions, or experience product demonstrations. The exhibition area has been curated to support these interactions, offering sponsors and exhibitors a prominent and valued presence at the heart of the ISB 2027 experience. 

Exhibition space will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis, with priority given to Platinum, Gold, and Silver (until the priority window deadline of 30 September 2026). All allocations of purchased exhibition space after 1 October 2026 will be offered by availability at the date of application only.
